Job summary

Jobgether seeks an AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver client-focused AI training programs, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings across the United States. The role blends AI expertise, adult learning, facilitation, and change enablement to help clients confidently adopt AI in workflows.

You’ll guide use-case discovery, translate business needs into practical AI solutions, and champion responsible AI practices around privacy, security, and bias.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology training, client enablement, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in professional environments.
• Strong client-facing presentation and facilitation skills with executives and end users.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical workflows and recommendations.
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles (privacy, bias, oversight).
• Analytical, proactive, and able to work across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate AI use-case discovery sessions to identify opportunities for productivity gains.
• Translate business challenges into AI workflows, prompts, and learning resources.
• Customize programs for executives, managers, and end users with various AI experience levels.
• Educate clients on responsible AI practices including privacy and bias mitigation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support broader client AI adoption.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes and provide coaching or additional support.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver valuable outcomes.
