Bitovi, a fully remote software consulting company, is seeking a strategic AI Enablement leader to guide how clients adopt AI in digital product delivery. You will build Bitovi's AI Enablement practice, attract customers through marketing and partnerships, and help close engagements.

Prior sales experience isn’t required, as we provide support and training. Your work covers training teams, extending AI skills across client workflows, and measuring impact against industry metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record spotting emerging AI tech and turning it into offerings.
• Experience turning AI topics into market-ready services and messaging.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to software delivery.
• Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle and AI impact.
• Plan-driven growth approach with revenue-oriented strategies.
• Experience with technology partners and alliances.
• Public viewpoints through talks or writings.
• Ability to work with engineering leaders to ensure deliverability.
