Job Description:

The AI Enablement Lead - Senior Associate plays a key role in delivering Crowe's AI Enablement strategy. The position focuses on executing enablement activities, including workshops, incubator group support, and materials curation to drive the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute core components of the AI Enablement Strategy within assigned business units.
  • Lead and support workshops and incubator groups focused on AI use cases and adoption.
  • Curate and maintain enablement materials to support learning and knowledge-sharing across teams.
  • Coordinate with Learning and Solutions Leads to ensure smooth integration of AI-related content and capabilities.
  • Report progress and outcomes to Technology Relations leadership and collaborate to align on strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical Guilds, internal, and client-facing teams to foster alignment and share AI-related insights.
  • Be a first-mover on new tools and capabilities, providing initial testing, recommendations, and actionable demos aligned to business criteria and firm priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in technology enablement or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including executive-level summaries.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing documentation and resource libraries.

Exceptional candidates will demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT platforms.
  • Experience in developer relations or AI product enablement.
  • Excitement in exploring and integrating emerging AI trends and technologies.
  • A deep sense of curiosity.
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or educational facilitation.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,800.00 - $135,400.00 per year.
