Role description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organizing, managing and analyzing data for the Global Impact and Sustainability team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running projects to completion, understanding the big picture for data and enabling AI to automate the reporting of data. This detailed-oriented role will report to the Director of Corporate Sustainability Reporting and work closely with the broader team as needed. You will have the opportunity to take initiative and help the team evolve through AI enablement.

What you get to do in this role:

• Work closely with the Director of Corporate Sustainability Reporting and internal stakeholders.
• Support and lead-to-complete project management, data collection and validation for various reporting including questionnaires and presentations.
• Utilize ServiceNow’s ESG Management and related products to track and ensure controls of corporate sustainability metrics for public and internal reporting (annual corporate sustainability report, questionnaires, presentations, regulatory reporting); assist in annual clean-up of metrics in the products.
• Lead and complete key project to enable AI to respond to corporate sustainability questionnaires from raters, customers and investors.
• Create timelines and project plans to effectively manage deliverables
• Schedule and facilitate conversations with multiple stakeholders to gather input and insights.

Skills

To be successful in this role you have:

• 4-7+ year experience working on data management and analysis
• Fluency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and/or other technology
• Comfort with working with large sets of quantitative and qualitative data with strong data and information organization, management, analysis and visualization skills
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure calculation accuracy, data validation and controls for data control
• Solution and improvement driven
• Experience in high growth and fast-moving professional environment
• Demonstrated capability of working collaboratively with the ability start from scratch, take and convert on feedback and improve on new and existing work product; lead with sleeves rolled-up approach
• Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery
