Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to join the System Owners team within Fan Care for Summer 2027. You will help scale the Agentic AI Framework, defining requirements, workflows, and playbooks to empower partner teams across EA's internal AI tooling.

Collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Fan Care operations will be key. This internship offers exposure to end-to-end solution lifecycle and real-world impact on gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program with anticipated graduation no earlier than Dec 2027.
• Conceptual knowledge about Agentic AI architecture (autonomous agents, tool usage, prompt orchestration).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user personas, and business requirement documents.
• Curiosity about enterprise software lifecycles, customer experience platforms, and IT operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and operating models for a plug-and-play agentic framework.
• Conduct qualitative research and workflow analysis with partner teams to uncover automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into backlog items for AI engineering teams.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides to foster adoption.
• Establish benchmarks to evaluate accuracy, token efficiency, and productivity gains.
