Fabletics is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to empower Builders across internal teams. You will mentor, architect, and harden AI-enabled apps, ensuring security, observability, and maintainability as they scale to production.

The role blends hands-on engineering with coaching, working in a fast-moving stack including Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, and Postgres. Hybrid role based at El Segundo HQ with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development, at senior or staff level.
• Hands-on production experience: architecture, secure auth, data governance, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.
• Experience building AI applications with LLMs, prompts, agents, RAG, and evals.
• Strong familiarity with modern stacks (Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, Postgres).
• Ability to teach, unblock, and review non-engineers with patience and pragmatism.
• Experience coaching or enabling low-code/citizen developers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training for our Builder Program.
• Advise builders on architecture and tooling to establish solid foundations.
• Provide a technical safety net: answer questions, unblock, and steer decisions without taking over work.
• Review, harden, and deploy builder apps with secure auth, data governance, and tests.
• Define production path and ownership models for apps after launch.
• Build reusable templates and guardrails to scale patterns across the company.
• Lead complex builds end-to-end when needed, delivering them tested and documented.
