Job summary

GW&K Investment Management seeks an AI Technology Specialist to enable firm-wide AI tool usage, manage data connectivity, and develop agentic workflows. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations with Claude, ChatGPT, and other providers within the GW&K tech stack.

Hybrid role based in Boston, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, Legal & Compliance, and data security, while growing with fast-moving AI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical, engineering, or IT solutions/integration-focused role.
• Experience with AI tools in a business setting and designing AI tooling that is portable across models/vendors.
• Direct experience integrating software systems and data via APIs, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MCP or similar integration standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, configuration, and onboarding of new AI vendors, tools, and data connections with IT and Compliance teams.
• Serve as the firm's direct technical resource for AI data connectivity and issue resolution.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AI data integrations, ensuring secure access to GW&K data sources.
• Create and manage agentic workflows and autonomous agents across data, tools, and models.
• Configure, deliver, and maintain custom agents in Microsoft Foundry, managing lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Provide training and documentation to employees on approved AI tools and best practices.
