Job summary
Merchants Bank of Indiana is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to scale business-led AI solutions across the enterprise. You will support analysts and end users, design agent prompts, and build AI-powered tools using Copilot Studio, Claude, and Foundry.
This role blends business analysis with hands-on technical work while ensuring security and governance at scale. You will partner with product teams, IT, and security to optimize adoption, provide training materials, and drive governance-minded
Qualifications
- Experience enabling AI adoption and governance across business teams.
- Ability to design and advise on agent prompts and data grounding.
- Experience with enterprise tooling (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Claude).
- Strong collaboration with analysts, product teams and security.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 AI support and opportunity discovery for business users.
- Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents and related AI solutions.
- Govern and monitor AI usage, risk, and compliance alignment.
- Coach and train citizen developers and end users on best practices.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, Risk and IT for governance.
