Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to join our Digital Transformation team in New York City. The role focuses on embedding within business units to uncover automation opportunities and translate workflows into scalable automation solutions.

You will configure and deploy automation across enterprise platforms, document processes, and promote adoption through train-the-trainer approaches. This position offers growth in a dynamic media/entertainment industry context.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in platform administration, business analysis, workflow automation, or solutions implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring and building in Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Claude Co-Work.
• Ability to document workflows and implement automation solutions.
• Strong communication to work with diverse business teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed within business and corporate units to understand daily workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Document end-to-end business workflows and translate them into automation solutions using enterprise platforms.
