ManpowerGroup is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to join our client in New York City. This role supports enterprise-wide workflow automation initiatives within the Digital Transformation Department.

You will embed with business units to map daily workflows, document end-to-end processes, and deploy automation solutions using platforms like Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Claude Co-Work. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in platform administration or workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience configuring Airtable, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Claude Co-Work.
• Ability to document workflows and implement automation solutions.
• Strong communication with diverse business teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed within business units to understand daily workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking an AI Enablement Architect to join their team. As an AI Enablement Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise-wide workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 65/hr
