AI-Enabled Process Improvement Engineer- Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

GuidePoint is seeking a strategic, hands-on, AI-Enabled Process Improvement Engineer to accelerate the modernization of our Cloud Security Professional Services operations. This role blends technical execution with operational improvement—leveraging AI tools to automate, document, and optimize the way we deliver services. This role play a key role in structuring and applying AI capabilities to active projects, standardizing deliverables, reducing manual effort, and building the foundation for scalable, repeatable service offerings. This role will work directly with service leads and cloud engineers to identify inefficiencies and apply practical, AI-driven solutions to improve consistency and performance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage AI tools (e.g., GPT-based document generators, automated QA scripts, workflow bots) to improve proposal development, documentation, and reporting.
  • Train and refine AI models or prompts based on internal use cases to align with delivery standards and voice.
  • Participate in active cloud security projects by creating structured documentation, summaries, and deliverables using AI-assisted tools and input from team leads.
  • Reduce rework and QA burden on leads by applying AI to accelerate content production and standardization.
  • Participate in Service Catalog Engineering by using AI to analyze historical proposals, statements of work, and delivery artifacts to extract reusable service components.
  • Help build and maintain an AI-structured, up-to-date Security Service Catalog to support sales and delivery teams.
  • Identify repetitive or manual delivery processes that are candidates for AI automation.
  • Measure and report on time savings, standardization improvements, and output quality from AI-assisted workflows.
  • Contribute to client-facing projects by supporting service delivery with documentation and AI-enhanced process work.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, including supporting new AI initiatives, cross-functional process improvement efforts, or special projects aligned with business priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in process improvement, project coordination, documentation, or delivery operations using AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms, prompt engineering, or scripting).
  • Strong skills in documentation, structured writing, and process mapping.
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or security services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
