Job summary

You will curate preclinical PK/TK data, apply AI-enabled and hybrid modeling, and benchmark performance to support DMPK and nonclinical safety decisions. You will collaborate with Data Science, PKPD, toxicology, and related scientists, delivering analyses, visualizations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and potential

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, computational chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and reproducible analysis workflows.
• Ability to translate analyses into plots and written summaries.

Responsibilities

• Curate and quality-check preclinical cross-dose PK/TK datasets with provenance and holdout splits.
• Conduct TK analysis using endpoints like AUC and Cmax across compounds, doses, and routes.
• Develop and benchmark AI-enabled and hybrid models against baselines such as linear, QSAR, and mechanistic methods.
• Evaluate model performance, uncertainty, and nonlinear PK behavior.
• Create visualizations and present findings to cross-functional teams.
