Job summary

Rockline Industries is implementing a comprehensive MES deployment across its US operations. The role partners with seven plants, SkyIO, and OT teams to integrate MES with PLCs, HMI, and quality systems, guiding project lifecycle from startup to phased rollout over 36–48 months.

The ideal candidate has a BS in electrical/industrial/mechanical engineering and 5+ years in OT/engineering, with hands-on PLC experience and MES software familiarity. This position is a direct‑hire role based in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor of science degree in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
5+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive technical responsibility in OT/engineering.
Hands‑on experience with controls and PLCs (Rockwell, Bosch and Siemens is a plus).
Ability to communicate highly detailed technical and operational information and translate into clear, logical business rules.
Knowledge of IoT/M4.0 based systems and approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

Secure and integrate feedback from seven plants to ensure standardized line controls enterprise-wide.
Act as liaison between plant stakeholders and MES integrators to translate requirements clearly.
Own PLC tags, machine states, OEE data points, and interfaces for compliant manufacturing execution.
Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot MES integrations with production equipment and plant-floor tech.
Collaborate with GE and OT teams to define MES‑to‑equipment integration standards.
