Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering with 5+ years in OT/engineering
• Hands-on experience with controls and PLCs (Rockwell, Bosch and Siemens a plus)
• Ability to translate technical/operational details into clear business rules
• Influence without authority and stakeholder alignment
• Familiarity with IoT/Industry 4.0 based systems and multi-plant initiatives

Responsibilities

• Secure and integrate feedback from multiple plants to ensure consistent line controls across the enterprise
• Act as the liaison between plant stakeholders and MES system integrators to define requirements
• Own machine permissives, MES enforcement logic, and PLC tags, states, and interfaces for compliant manufacturing execution
• Design, test, validate, and troubleshoot MES integrations with production equipment and PLCs
• Collaborate with GE and OT teams to maintain MES-to-equipment integration standards
• Develop MES startup/shutdown protocols and support rollout planning for future plants
• Support change management by gathering user feedback and driving adoption across operations
• Document integration standards and best practices for plant engineering and OT teams
