Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive AI-first member experience transformation. You will own mobile-first product experiences, intelligent search, member matching, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 8+ years PM experience, mobile apps, AI familiarity, strong UX judgment, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building or scaling mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and governance basics.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, understand APIs and data flows.
• Strong UX/UI judgment for mobile usability.
• Experience using behavioral analytics and customer data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, accountable, self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives: search, personalization, and matching.
• Translate member needs into product priorities with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements, APIs, and delivery planning.
• Ensure intuitive mobile-first experiences with solid usability practices.
• Use analytics to guide prioritization and product improvements.
• Support broader digital transformation and platform modernization.
