Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support documentation of clinical encounters using EMR and AI tools.
• Review AI-generated notes for accuracy and request clarifications.
• Prepare documentation for provider review and signature.
• Enter orders for labs, imaging, medications for provider approval.
• Process and document lab results, diagnostic testing, and provider interpretations in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient communications.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to improve clinic efficiency.
