• Enter lab, imaging, and prescription orders for provider review.
• Process and document lab results and provider interpretations in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient flow to reduce door-to-discharge time.
• Communicate with patients about wait times and care updates.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
