Job summary

Squint is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to drive AI-enabled manufacturing improvements. You will partner across Sales, Deployment, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure practical, measurable outcomes on factory floors, while shaping the product and customer engagements.

Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate with travel. This role demands real-world factory experience and a track record of driving bottom-line impact.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• 6–10 years in manufacturing operations or consulting with outcomes responsibility.
• End-to-end transformation experience with measurable impact.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your work.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate with travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Define how the world will manufacture with AI and build standard playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales to create go-to-market approaches for factory AI.
• Make pilots pay off by turning pilots into measurable improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to shape customer-ready features.
• Help Marketing present Squint as the industry leader through content and events.
