A leading healthcare software provider is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver implementation projects and provide consulting to clients. You will mentor clients, drive software utilization, and ensure projects are completed on time. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field, with over 3 years of experience in environmental laboratories and competency in SQL. This role may require travel and offers a competitive salary of $75,300 to $101,300.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience with laboratory information management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation or consulting projects to achieve client satisfaction.
• Conduct training for clients during the implementation process.
• Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products.
