Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack apps using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities including intelligent assistants, agents, workflow automation, recommendation engines, and GenAI solutions.
• Build reusable frameworks, services, APIs, and accelerators to improve engineering efficiency and enterprise adoption.
• Own technical delivery from concept to production, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
• Lead rapid prototyping and PoC efforts to evaluate emerging technologies and AI use cases.
• Partner with platform/engineering teams to integrate solutions into enterprise platforms and shared services.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, AI-assisted development, testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern delivery practices.
