Job summary

Advanced Tech Placement is seeking a Full-Stack Java Developer with a strong backend focus to build scalable enterprise applications. The role covers ~70% backend and ~30% frontend development, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and introduce AI-powered features.

The ideal candidate has deep Java/Spring Boot experience, REST API design, and comfort working across the full stack in an Agile environment, with a drive to apply AI in daily software development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on Java development and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Frontend experience with Angular, React, or similar JS/TS frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools as part of workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work across backend services, APIs, and database development.
• Contribute to frontend development using modern JS frameworks.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and productivity.
