Sedgwick in the United States is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst - Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, applying analytical and data-driven capabilities, including AI, to improve growth and performance.

You will collaborate across departments, identify opportunities, design and deliver transformation programs, and define success metrics with leadership while embedding continuous improvement and strong change management across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
