Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead data-informed strategy across Go-to-Market Finance, building scalable analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

You will translate business problems into structured analytical products, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Data Engineering to deliver impactful insights and automated solutions. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong business judgment and technical depth.

Qualifications

• Strong data modeling, KPI design, forecasting, and decision support.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Experience delivering scalable analytics solutions and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams end-to-end, from framing to measurable impact.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to optimize planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Translate challenges into structured analytical frameworks including data modeling and KPI design.
• Design scalable data products, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets for self-service analytics.
• Build prototypes for AI-enabled Finance workflows and validate them with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize prototypes into reliable solutions.
• Contribute to scalable analytics frameworks and governance for Finance decision support.
• Communicate insights and tradeoffs to leadership through clear narratives.
