Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to drive data-informed strategy across Finance, Sales, and Data Engineering. You will own analytics workstreams, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable data products to accelerate insights and reduce manual work.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in analytical roles, strong SQL, and experience partnering with Finance and GTM leadership on planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in analytical roles (finance, data science, BI, consulting).
• Strong SQL and BI tooling experience with cross-functional impact.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams aligned to finance and GTM needs.
• Partner with Finance to improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Design scalable data products, dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and validate metrics with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering to productionize prototypes and ensure governance.
• Define KPI frameworks and deliver actionable insights for leadership.
• Communicate findings with executive-ready storytelling and narratives.
