Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Intern DRAM Design Engineer to contribute to the design, analysis, verification, and optimization of digital, analog, and mixed‑signal circuits used in next‑generation memory products.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and continuing through Fall 2027.
• Experience with digital, analog, or mixed‑signal design is beneficial.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate memory circuits, including digital, analog, and mixed-signal blocks.
• Support physical design activities such as parasitic modeling, floorplanning, placement, and routing.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve manufacturability, quality, and product performance.
• Develop AI‑assisted tools and leverage AI to improve design workflows and productivity.
