Job summary

PepsiCo's Social Impact team is seeking a Systems, Data, & AI Lead to build a scalable, AI-enabled data ecosystem that informs decision-making and enhances storytelling across global programs.

You will lead data governance, reporting standardization, and the integration of AI and automation into everyday work, collaborating with Foundation leadership, IT, finance, market teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, systems management, or related fields.
• Experience turning data and processes into scalable solutions.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, data governance, and data quality experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into data, reporting, and tech solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year roadmap for data, systems, reporting, and AI capabilities.
• Automate data collection and reporting across global programs.
• Design an integrated data ecosystem across Foundation systems and data sources.
• Support the Global Social Impact Dashboard and data portals.
• Evaluate and optimize grantmaking systems and reporting needs.
• Create standard reporting for leadership visibility into investment and impact.
• Establish data governance standards and reporting calendars.
• Identify AI use cases to improve operations and storytelling.
• Develop executive-ready insights linking investment, activity, outcomes, and priorities.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and improve system adoption.
