Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Systems, Data, & AI Lead to build a scalable, AI-enabled data ecosystem across its global Social Impact work. You will drive governance, reporting standards, and AI integration to improve decision-making and storytelling about impact.

You will partner with Foundation leadership, Social Impact teams, IT, Finance, and vendors to deliver a connected operating model. Strong analytics and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related fields with tech transformation experience.
• Experience improving decision-making through data, reporting, and governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communication to non-technical audiences.
• Interest and experience applying AI, automation, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for data, systems, reporting, and AI capabilities.
• Lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate data collection and reporting across global programs.
• Design an integrated data ecosystem across Foundation systems, dashboards, financial data, and program data.
• Support evolution of the Global Social Impact Dashboard and related data portals.
• Lead the assessment and optimization of grantmaking systems and vendor strategy.
• Build standard reporting for leadership with visibility into investment, impact, and risk.
• Establish data governance standards, ownership, quality, calendars, and validation processes.
• Identify and implement AI use cases across reporting, operations, and storytelling.
• Develop executive-ready insights linking investment, activity, and outcomes.
• Improve system adoption, reporting discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
