Job summary

Mars is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous Improvement to lead the local deployment of Riobot at the Royal Canin site in Lewisburg, Ohio. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Education to integrate Riobot into daily workflows and strengthen troubleshooting capabilities.

You will train and coach end users, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement through AI-enabled problem-solving, change leadership, and project management at the site level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis/visualization tools such as Power BI or Python.
• Strong communication skills with ability to train, coach, and support end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local deployment of Riobot, ensuring timely execution and progress reporting.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs related to Riobot adoption and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align deployment with daily workflows and share best practices.
