Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Digital Continuous Improvement Engineer (Finance) at the Royal Canin site in Lewisburg, Ohio, to lead Riobot deployment and drive AI-enabled problem solving on the plant floor.

You will coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Education teams, mentor end users, and monitor adoption metrics while ensuring accurate knowledge content and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools such as Power BI or Python.
• Strong communication skills with ability to train, coach and support end users.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Education and Training, and other teams.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with understanding of manufacturing processes; Dry Petcare knowledge is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems and ability to validate troubleshooting information.
• Experience supporting digitalization initiatives, manufacturing technology projects, or AI deployments is preferred.
• Project management experience, prioritizing, synthesizing information and acting on user feedback.
• Experience with MSE Manufacturing or similar manufacturing excellence system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local deployment of Riobot, tracking milestones and reporting progress.
• Establish, monitor and report KPIs related to Riobot adoption and efficiency.
• Track issues and escalate to regional/global teams as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Education and Training and Riobot teams to align with daily workflows.
• Promote Riobot value to stakeholders and include training in onboarding.
• Support pilot testing of new Riobot features and validate functionality.
• Document deployment processes and lessons learned for future rollouts.
• Deliver training sessions and hands-on support to operators and technicians.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify challenges and improve user experience.
• Translate local needs into actionable recommendations for Riobot improvements.
• Align Riobot knowledge content with educational programs and procedures.
• Develop and maintain Riobot knowledge base with site‑specific information.
• Review Riobot responses for accuracy and relevance in manufacturing context.
