Job summary

SEI Corporation is seeking a Compliance Officer to support day-to-day compliance activities for registered funds, with a focus on data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled processes. You will assist with regulatory filings, board materials, and adviser oversight in a highly regulated environment.

The role emphasizes building scalable compliance operations, dashboards, and disciplined recordkeeping while collaborating with senior team members to drive process improvements and due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a regulated environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance operations and regulatory activities, including calendars and tracking.
• Assist with regulatory filings and related documentation.
• Prepare board and governance materials and supporting exhibits.
• Identify risks using data and technology, escalating as needed.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility of compliance activities.
