Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or governance processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance operations and regulatory activities, including calendar and documentation management.
• Assist with regulatory filings, reports, questionnaires, and certifications.
• Compile board and governance materials with supporting exhibits and documentation.
• Use data tools to identify gaps and escalate risks to senior staff.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) to improve visibility.
