Capgemini Invent in Chicago is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead AI-enabled transformation of enterprise technology platforms and operating models. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value-driven roadmaps that embed AI into core platforms and translate complex architectural considerations into actionable delivery plans.

In this role, you will take ownership of key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive execution

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting.
• Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications.
• AI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
• Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design.
• Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value.
• Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies.
• Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches.
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines.
