• Contribute to AI enablement efforts by testing use cases and documenting outcomes to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for business transformation and technology enablement.
• Analyze data (e.g., vendor/customer master, workflow metrics) and provide insights to support decision-making.
