Kahana Feld is seeking a Senior Manager of Innovation & Emerging Technologies to drive AI adoption, emerging tech, and analytics across the firm. You will lead a team, define use cases, test solutions, and deliver practical insights to support attorneys and business professionals.

Responsibilities include mentoring, training, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology while ensuring compliance and measurable value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a law firm or top consulting firm leading AI evaluation, implementation, and adoption.
• Experience leading and developing a team with priorities and delivery.
• Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, Microsoft 365, and services tech.
• Experience delivering reports, dashboards, data prep, BI, and visualization.
• Experience designing and delivering live/virtual tech training.
• Understanding of legal workflows, client confidentiality, data protection, responsible AI.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and trust-building.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a practical roadmap for AI adoption, emerging tech, and analytics.
• Lead and mentor team with clear goals and delivery schedules.
• Serve as SME for AI tools, guiding delivery.
• Translate workflows into use cases and requirements.
• Evaluate products for fit, usability, cost, and security.
• Design prompts, AI workflows, and low-code automation.
• Develop training and adoption programs for tools.
• Promote tools and best practices through clear communications.
• Track adoption, user satisfaction, and business value metrics.
• Implement data governance aligned with firm policies.
