Noodle is seeking a Prompt Systems Engineer to design, test, and continuously improve prompts and system instructions powering its AI agents across enrollment, learning, and student support use cases.

In this hands-on, high-impact role you’ll partner with product managers, learning designers, university stakeholders, and engineers to translate goals into reliable agent behavior, build evaluation frameworks, and monitor performance with Langfuse.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing prompts for LLM-powered apps in production.
