Job summary

DREAM is seeking a Partnerships and Onboarding Lead to drive the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing partnership operations for DREAM’s AI-focused programmatic cohort in the Bronx. You will coordinate contracts, legal compliance, data privacy, and data sharing while coordinating with school data and technology teams.

This role requires relationship-building with partner schools, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service orientation to ensure successful implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, publishing, ed-tech, or nonprofits.
• Experience with contracts, legal compliance, data privacy and security, licensing, and IP requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with school leaders and teams.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to navigate complexity and build trust; solve problems.
• Collaborative, resourceful, flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Belief in DREAM's mission and values and desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and selection of partner schools for DREAM’s programmatic cohort model.
• Coordinate compliance with partnership requirements including contracting and data privacy.
• Design and coordinate onboarding processes, timelines, and communications for new partners.
• Create and maintain organized processes and documentation for partnership needs.
• Support integration of DREAM’s AI and future-ready skills work into school systems.
• Build strong relationships with school stakeholders throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide responsive customer service to partners and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Communications, Advancement, and school leaders on partner-facing activities.
• Support cohort convenings, site visits, and other partnership experiences.
