MetLife’s Government & Legal Affairs team seeks a Litigation Operations Specialist, AI & eDiscovery, to lead end-to-end litigation operations and advance technology-enabled processes within the in-house legal function. This role designs scalable workflows, including AI-enabled solutions, and collaborates across legal, technology, and business teams to achieve measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in litigation support, paralegal or legal operations.
• Experience owning legal hold and eDiscovery processes across the full litigation lifecycle.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own litigation operations end to end: legal holds, discovery, matter intake, case tracking, and milestones with defensible processes.
• Design, deploy and govern AI-enabled workflows with playbooks, templates, and prompt libraries.
• Own litigation data, reporting, and measurable improvements with leadership metrics and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with attorneys, technology, procurement, privacy, records, and business stakeholders to translate between legal and technical audiences.
• Build sustainable team capability through documented workflows and reuse of tools and knowledge sharing.
