Blue Rose Research in the United States seeks a Lead policy professional to develop an AI economic plan from initial framework to final proposals. You will identify essential decision points, craft transparent options with trade-offs, and draft memos and the plan itself.

Collaborating with economists and policymakers, you will refine the plan using polling results and messaging tests, ensure accurate survey questions, and brief leadership with compelling evidence.

• Deep knowledge of economic policy and 7+ years of policy experience.
• Structured thinker who can break big questions into clear decisions.
• Exceptional writer and pragmatic collaborator.
