AXA XL is hiring a Senior Future of Work Manager to lead AI‑driven workforce transformation in its Tech & AI division. This role translates cutting‑edge AI capabilities into actionable organizational and talent strategies while ensuring agile, inclusive, human‑centered teams.

You will partner with HR and division leaders to drive upskilling, redeployment, and change management, shaping the future of work across major technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise‑level transformation initiatives, particularly in AI and digital domains.
• Experience with AI transformation, digital operating models, and organizational design.
• Background in consulting, advisory, or leadership roles within technology‑driven change.
• Demonstrated success in embedding sustainable change and fostering inclusive, innovative cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven workforce transformation within the Tech & AI division, designing future-ready models.
• Collaborate with AI/technology teams to translate capabilities into workforce planning and upskilling.
• Develop change management strategies to support AI adoption and sustain new ways of working.
• Partner with HR and leadership to craft reskilling and redeployment programs aligned with AI innovations.
• Model inclusive leadership behaviors and foster a culture of learning and resilience.
• Share stories of inclusion and transformation to engage and align stakeholders.
• Define metrics to monitor AI adoption, workforce agility, and cultural health.
