• Experience leading change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformation engagements.
• Redesigning roles and capabilities during large-scale process and technology change.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and organizational structures.
• Strong client-facing communication with VP and functional leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement, defining how roles evolve as AI is deployed.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's functional scope and ensure change lands with the technology.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications of design decisions.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for the pod's functional leadership audience.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to prevent delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
