Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an AI-First Orchestration Engineer to design and scale intelligent workflows that integrate people, data, and systems. This role offers the opportunity to automate multi-step processes across communication platforms and to build AI-driven systems that enhance operational efficiency.

The expected annual base pay is between $90,000 and $170,000, along with potential cash bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in roles related to workflow automation or data engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in workflow automation, growth ops, sales ops, data engineering, or technical product roles.
• Experience designing and deploying automations improving business efficiency.
• Bonus: experience in multi-channel orchestration (email, Slack, LinkedIn, SMS).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-First Workflows automating multi-step processes.
• Integrate CRMs, APIs, data systems.
• Deliver MVP automations quickly, scaling successful pilots into production.
