We are looking for a AI-First Orchestration Engineer in the United States to design, build, and scale intelligent, AI-driven workflows that connect people, data, and systems across the organization. You will work at the intersection of workflow automation, AI integration, and multi‑system orchestration, transforming complex manual processes into seamless, automated systems. Leveraging tools like n8n, Power Automate, and LangChain, you will integrate CRMs, data sources, and communication channels to enable teams to operate more efficiently and with enhanced insight.
Accountabilities
- Build and deploy AI‑first workflows that automate multi‑step processes across CRM, email, messaging platforms, and data systems
- Orchestrate LLM‑powered agents for research, summarization, outreach, and follow‑ups
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to surface timely and relevant data
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to maintain a unified "system of insight"
- Maintain data quality, enrichment, and continuous updates from trusted sources
- Build AI memory for past interactions, key contacts, and organizational knowledge
- Rapidly prototype MVP automations, test impact, and scale successful pilots into production systems
- Continuously refine orchestration logic for accuracy, speed, and adoption
Requirements
- Background in data engineering or technical product roles
- Proficiency with n8n and/or Power Automate for workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with LangChain and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate Python and SQL skills for data handling and transformation
- Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication (OAuth, API keys)
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for RAG workflows
- CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical workflows
- Curious, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in an iterative, fast‑paced environment
- Bonus: Experience in multi‑channel orchestration (email, Slack, LinkedIn, SMS)
