Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Product Strategy Leader for enterprise wireless to define the vision for AI-native, self-driving networks. This hands-on role spans strategy, execution, and customer engagement to automate operations and improve WLAN experiences.

You will partner with engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and field teams to deliver differentiated capabilities that reduce operational complexity and drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Network Engineering, Technical Product Leadership, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise WLAN technologies and wireless networking architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for self-driving wireless networking capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and observability to eliminate operational complexity and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop long-term product visions, business cases, and investment priorities aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners, and field teams to understand operational challenges and trends.
• Contribute technical leadership across engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative capabilities.
