You will bring structure to complex technical work, improve operating rhythms, and scale AI-enabled delivery with close collaboration across development, QA, production, and product management.

The role emphasizes roadmapping, prioritization, dependency management, and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, technical program management, web/software delivery, or a related technical coordination role.
• Experience working with web engineering teams, including development, QA, production operations, and product stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational side of the AI transformation within the Web Engineering organization.
• Define roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and reporting to improve visibility and execution.
• Partner with Development Manager, AI Technical Lead, QA, Production/DevOps, PMs and other stakeholders to align on delivery.
