Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs seeks an AI / Systems Engineer (Offensive Cyber) to join a fast-moving startup building AI-driven vulnerability research systems. The role centers on low-level systems work, OS internals, and production code; relocation is supported and in-person work is required in Washington, D.C.

with an office in NYC region. You will own end-to-end architecture, collaborate with vulnerability researchers, and help set the bar for AI-native offensive cyber.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering experience; exceptional new grads with strong low-level systems work welcome.
• Deep low-level systems experience, including OS internals, kernel work, runtime detection, dynamic analysis or equivalent.
• Strong builder mindset; able to own systems end to end and ship production code with performance and correctness.
• Genuine comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, the most important cultural requirement.
• Willing to be in person in Washington, D.C. five days a week with full relocation support; Tel Aviv office possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build production systems that conduct AI-driven vulnerability research and exploit development at scale.
• Operate at OS-level, kernel interfaces, and low-level performance optimization.
• Own problems end to end across architecture, implementation, and shipped production code.
• Collaborate with vulnerability researchers, security operators, and the broader engineering team to automate operations.
• Help define standards and cadence for a team aiming to set the bar for AI-native offensive cyber.
