Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an AI / Systems Engineer (Offensive Cyber) to build production systems that automate AI-driven vulnerability research and exploit development. You will work close to OS internals and low-level performance optimization, owning problems from design to shipped code.

The role requires in-person work in Washington, D.C. five days a week with full relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of engineering experience with focus on low-level systems
  • Experience with OS internals, kernel work, runtime detection or dynamic analysis
  • Strong builder mindset and ownership of end-to-end production code
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty as a cultural requirement
  • Willing to be in Washington, D.C. five days a week with relocation support

Responsibilities

  • Build production systems for AI-driven vulnerability research and exploit development at scale
  • Work at OS internals, kernel interfaces, and low-level performance optimization
  • Own problems end-to-end across architecture, implementation, and shipped code
  • Collaborate with vulnerability researchers, security operators, and engineering teams to automate operations
  • Help define team standards and operating cadence for AI-native offensive cyber
