Job summary

Glumac is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to advance our marketing visuals using AI-enabled workflows and Adobe Creative Suite. The role supports architecture, engineering, commissioning, and consulting domains, translating complex concepts into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in visual communications, a strong portfolio, and experience with generative AI and client-ready materials. Remote or hybrid work options available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in graphic design or visual communications.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional-quality visual communications.
• Experience using generative AI to develop and refine visual content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint to produce client-ready materials.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals with branding consistency.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and quality.
• Strong collaboration across marketing, technical teams, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposal graphics, diagrams, infographics, and presentations.
• Refine and productionize AI-generated content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative tasks.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visual stories.
• Create visuals communicating technical approaches and project details.
