Job summary

Uplane is seeking an AI-native Video Producer to create and edit video ads for performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will work with our self-developed AI video engine to deliver high-performing content for clients, reaching millions of viewers.

The role requires experience in producing/editing videos, strong creative taste, and fluency in English. On-site options in San Francisco or Berlin exist, with hybrid or remote arrangements possible.

Qualifications

• Passion for video, scripting, editing, motion and creative work.
• Years of experience in producing / editing videos.
• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns.
• Fast learner, hardworking, and stress-resistant.
• Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• AI Video Ad Production: use our AI engine to produce, edit and design strong video ads for campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: work with marketing managers and designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Shape the AI engine: provide feedback to product and engineering to evolve the video engine.
