Accenture Song’s Utilities team seeks a Management Consultant to design, deploy, and measure exceptional service experiences across electricity, gas and water providers. You will lead assessments, craft future‑state roadmaps, and drive initiatives that balance customer needs, regulatory constraints, and business value.

You will engage cross‑functional teams, facilitate workshops, and translate insights into actionable strategies and programs that lift customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Strategy or Management consulting for service transformation.
• Experience applying analytics to improve customer outcomes and reduce costs.
• Functional expertise across customer service domains (customer & field service, journey management, operating model redesign).
• Experience leading assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements.
• Exposure to AI and digital engagement to enhance service strategies.
• At least 1 year serving utilities clients or related finance/regulatory functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage client leaders and stakeholders to shape service transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize customer and operational insights.
• Build compelling narratives and guide clients through confident decision‑making on where to transform service.
• Partner with cross‑functional and technical teams to deploy initiatives.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
