Resumo da oferta

Ajaia is hiring a Product Designer (UI/UX) to run discovery and design on client engagements and on Ajaia's own product suite. You will talk to the people who actually do the work, watch what they do, and translate that into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes an engineer can build from.

This is a hands-on seat where you do the research and design yourself, and you will test designs with real users before code exists.

Qualificações

• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into user journeys and wireframes.
• Proficiency in designing interactive prototypes for engineers to build.
• Comfort testing designs with real users and iterating based on feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery on client engagements: interview stakeholders, observe work, and identify gaps.
• Talk to users of both client products and Ajaia's own product suite.
• Synthesize findings into actionable requirements with supporting evidence.
